Transfer app is BS!!!

I originally bought this app on my old iphone bc I loved it and wanted to get rid of the watermark. I had to switch to another iphone but when I downloaded the app its asking me to repurchase all the stuff that I did and giving me the dreaded watermark!! I went to the Internet to find out how to fix it but that has not worked. I dont think I should have to pay AGAIN for things Ive already purchased thinking they would be able to be transferred. Anybody have any answer...maybe the MAKERS?!
