freakin wasted my money on this

I bought a 30 dollar iTunes card just for this; I wanted to remove the watermark. the YouTube download part was flawless and I used it all the time, until it stopped working. it keeps saying "cannot download, please try another video" EVERY time! now I cant make vines! for now, if youre looking to download stuff off this, dont buy it until they fix it.
